SSFD Undergraduate Student Association

The purpose of the School of Social and Family Dynamics Undergraduate Student Association is to serve as the governing body of the undergraduate students (both Sociology and Family and Human Development majors) within the School of Social and Family Dynamics at Arizona State University.

Family and Human Development Graduate Student Association (FHD GSA)

This organization serves as the graduate student voice for the department. The Officers and Committee Chairs work together throughout the year to organize events, such as Happy hours and Socials, Brownbag Talks, and Recruitment. Meetings are held monthly.

Alpha Kappa Delta

Alpha Kappa Delta, the sociology honor society, is a democratic, academic organization dedicated to the study of sociology through service. It promotes the development of scholastic and leadership skills within the framework of a national honor society and the program of sociology. Qualifying undergraduate juniors and seniors majoring or minoring in sociology and sociology graduate students are encouraged to become lifetime members and get involved in our Beta of Arizona chapter at ASU! Membership is open to on-ground and ASU Online students.
