I understand that, following ASU policy, any allegation of discrimination, sexual assault, retaliation, or harassment will be reported to the corresponding university office. We encourage everyone in our community to report incidents of sexual assault or harassment through the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response program.

ASU expressly prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation by employees, students, contractors, or agents of the university based on any protected status: race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information and Title IX sexual harassment.
