There are unique challenges and experiences when it comes to dating, being in relationships, and choosing to be single across the lifecourse. Cassandra Cotton’s research explores these issues by looking at romantic relationships among college students and among those in later life.

The Romance and Dating in Later Life project explores views and experiences of dating, romance, and sex through interviews and focus group discussions with single and recently-partnered adults aged 55+ in Arizona.

Casual and Romantic Relationships in College
The Casual and Romantic Relationships in College project explores experiences of dating in college through in-depth interviews with single and partnered ASU students aged 18 to 23.
