Dr. Rodríguez De Jesús emphasizes the importance of social relationships, particularly among peers and family members, in supporting healthy development. With over seventeen years of research experience, she has contributed to various interdisciplinary initiatives focused on resilience and developmental processes. Prior to her role at the PEAC Lab, she served as a Senior Research Scientist at EdPlus in ASU's Action Lab and as a Research Analyst in the Biostatistics Core at ASU's College of Health. She holds a Ph.D. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
