Allyson Horgan, PhD

Allyson Horgan, PhD is the Director of the Statistical Analysis Center (SAC) at the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC). In this role, she leads ACJC’s research program, providing criminal justice statistics and research to drive evidence-based programs and support data informed policy development. Additionally, the SAC oversees the biennial administration of the Arizona Youth Survey in collaboration with the Arizona State University School of Criminology & Criminal Justice. Before joining ACJC, Allyson spent her career providing contract support for several federal government agencies, managing applied research projects to establish best practices and data-driven solutions
