Andrea Pulskamp

Andrea Pulskamp serves as the Health and Safety Implementation Consultant for the Colorado Department of Education, focusing on building alignment across school climate, safety, and mental health supports. In her current role, Andrea coordinates across multiple state, local, and national agencies to align and integrate health and safety efforts in schools. Andrea also supports local education agencies in identifying needs and recognizing disparities in data, policies, and practices to inform systematic improvements in how students, staff, and families experience school. Andrea serves on numerous statewide and national committees focused on school safety and mental health. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
