Miller is the founder and CEO of Kids at Hope, an international child, and youth development organization that studies family, school, and community cultures to understand better the dynamics of success and failure.
Dr. O'Rourke is with the Measurement and Statistical Analysis (MASA) group at the T. Denny Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics.
Dr. Puruhito is interested in how a student's perceived instrumentality of content plays a role in their academic success. She also studies PTSD in NICU families and inclusion of people with disabilities across environments.
Her research interests include topics related to improving individual's lives and their close relationships. She teaches undergraduate as well as graduate-level Family and Human Development courses.
Dr. Rosch serves currently as an Executive Director of the newly established Center for the Advanced Study & Practice of Hope, and as a Professor of Practice, within the Sanford School of Social & Family Dynamics.
Salgado is a sociologist of race and ethnicity, specializing in group relations, immigration, and stratification.
Sandefur investigates access to civil justice from every angle, exploring how civil justice contributes to and can help reduce social inequality.
Seaton studies racial discrimination and racial identity among African American and Caribbean Black youth.
Sechler approaches her teaching, research, community engagement from a strengths-based perspective and explores opportunities to improve social contexts that facilitate learning and promote well-being across the lifespan.
Dr. Seeley is a Senior Lecturer in the T. Denny Sanford School of Social and Family Dynamics at Arizona State University. She has been teaching Family and Human Development and Sociology courses at ASU since 2012.
