*Requests for multiple rooms, such as for a conference, needs to be submitted at least 18 months to 2 years in advance; due to high demand for conference space at the Memorial Union there is no guarantee space will be available.
*Note that the stated minimum advance notice is effected by University holidays and employee availability. Please follow preferred advanced notice to ensure that your catering request can be accommodated. Requests that do not at least meet the stated minimum advanced notice cannot be accommodated. Check with the events coordinator about cancellation deadlines for orders placed should the event be cancelled.
